Refund policy

If Unblock isn’t for you, you can have your money back.

• Within 14 days of purchase, for any reason: a full refund. Reply to your receipt email, use the order link on your receipt, or write to [CONTACT EMAIL].
• Paid a higher tier than you needed? Within the same 14 days, tell us and we’ll refund the difference.
• A tier sold by invoice ($5,000 and up): refunds follow the terms on that invoice.
• After 14 days: write to us anyway if something is wrong. We’ll look at each case.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, which usually takes 5–10 business days to reach you.
